All damaged or failed parts can be returned within 90 days of receipt. Customers will receive a replacement part or credit towards another part or service once part or product is received at our local office and deemed bad. Credits must be used within 90 days of receipt. We do not offer cash refunds or money back refunds of any kind. Any parts or products that are returned with no damage will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charge.
Wrong Parts Received
Any wrong parts or products received that are a direct result of our improper procedure or communication will be replaced with the correct unit as soon as they are available. We will make every effort to limit the replacement delays.
Wrong Parts or Products Ordered
If an incorrect part or product is received and is a direct result of improper ordering from the recipient or its agent, a restocking fee of 25% will be assessed before giving a credit.
Missing Parts or Products
Any missing parts or products from your order must be communicated to our Parts Department (for parts) or our Sales Department (for products). Please confirm your order with the packing slip or sales order prior to contacting us.
